Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Depending on availability, you can also move into the apartment earlier. You are welcome to store your luggage at the reception.

On the day of departure you can use the apartment until 11:00 am. In consultation with the reception you can use the apartment longer if necessary. An express checkout is possible if the reception has already received a credit card deduction or a cost transfer declaration before your departure day.

Service

On arrival and departure, we will be happy to assist you with the transport of your luggage upon request. We also offer to leave your key at the reception when you leave the apartment. Our weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is included in the apartment booking. Do you need an extra comforter or pillow? - Do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with additional bed linen.

If you need clothes cleaned, we offer a laundry service, as well as a limited ironing and sewing service.

No pets

Please understand that four-legged friends are not welcome in our apartment.

Non-smoker

Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Breakfast

The daily freshly prepared and varied breakfast buffet is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am on the 2nd floor of the Alfa Hotel.

WI-FI

During your stay we offer you a reliable and secure Wi-Fi free of charge. You can get the access at the reception. In addition, there is an Internet terminal in the lobby of the hotel.

Parking

Parking is available in our private, secured and video-monitored underground garage.

Extras

Upon request, we will gladly provide you with allergy-sufferer bedding, bamboo and cherry pit pillows, a baby crib, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom stool.

You forgot your charging cable or need a plug adapter? Our reception has a large selection. We can also lend you a Toshiba notebook. We are also happy to help you with writing, scanning or printing documents.

Payment

You are welcome to pay us in cash, with EC-card or credit card (VISA, Master-Card).

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 6:00 pm (local time Karlsruhe) one month before arrival. Not canceled or not used overnight stays will be charged in principle with 80% of the accommodation price.
